We discuss the property, occupants, lifestyle, aesthetic direction, priorities, budget and programme.

Concept Development

A clear creative direction is established through reference imagery, atmosphere, colour and material ideas.

Space Planning

Furniture layouts, circulation, storage and functional relationships are tested and refined.

Soft Furnishing Scheme

Furniture, lighting, rugs, curtains, artwork, accessories and material combinations are developed room by room.

3D Modelling

The approved layout and design language are translated into a three-dimensional spatial model.

Visualisation Rendering

Rendered views confirm proportion, colour, lighting and the relationship between key materials and products.

Product Procurement

Specifications, quotations, orders, supplier communication, progress tracking and quality checks are coordinated.

Logistics & Delivery

Products are consolidated and prepared for domestic or international delivery, followed by installation support and final styling where required.

Overseas projects

For international collaborations, YHOME can support China-based sourcing, order coordination, consolidation and cross-border logistics while working with the local project team.
